‘How does brand identity effect the success of independent restaurants?’

My university dissertation investigates how brand identity can affect the success of independent restaurants.  It compares the marketing techniques of chain restaurants with the marketing techniques of independent restaurants.   I research the importance of brand identity for small restaurants and what the main focus points should be in order to survive.  

For the design of my dissertation, I wanted to stay on topic with the brand identity. I decided the best way to approach this is through creating it as a corporate ID manual.
